The Cupboard of Kindness was established in 2001 in Norton when the Norton Police Department graciously donated a garage that was no longer in use. We recently moved to the new Nelson Senior and Community Center located at 120 Mansfield Ave. We currently serve 40-50 families at our twice-monthly distributions with the help of our loyal volunteers.
Our mission as a non-profit organization is to serve the residents of Norton, MA who need food relief. We provide fresh, frozen, and non-perishable food items, personal care essentials, and household staples at no cost. We provide a positive atmosphere and guide our recipients to area resources to facilitate self-sufficiency.
